NOTE:  The first couple of weeks are going to be "trial runs" so we can determine if the handicap, scoring, and timelines are sufficient going forward.  During this time, no fees are required!

Before starting league Thursday night we held a meeting to obtain input and opinions from players that have played or are currently playing in 9-Ball leagues.  We have decided on the following thus far.

- It will be a 4 player format.
- During each round the match will consist of 4 games vs. your opponent as opposed to the recommended 2 by BCA.  Therefore,    each player will have played 16 games each totaling 64 games for an entire match.  Each head to head match will have the 'breaker' pre-determined by round.  After the initial game is completed, the loser will break after each game thereafter..
- The "push out" rule will be in effect though the "3-foul" rule will be eliminated for league play.  This will help the less experienced players from getting taken advantage of.
- For the moment, there is no head to head handicap.  The handicap will be compiled at the end of the match and is made up of each players average.  A players average is determined by subtracting the number of losses from the number of wins divided by the number of weeks played.
- All matches will be played at Shooter's BLUE on FM620
